Phoenix Standard Time

I'm not behind. I trashed the clock.

About

I’m Phoenix (Perry). I work in the world of complex implementations—turning chaos into plans, plans into systems, and systems into reality.

In my personal life, I’ve had to do the same thing, but with higher stakes: rebuilding after trauma, burnout, and years of coping strategies that made sense at the time… until they didn’t.

I’m a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman with a nervous system that learned survival early. I know what it’s like to look “fine” from the outside while feeling scattered, exhausted, and secretly afraid you’ll never catch up. I also know what helps: small, repeatable reset protocols; honest self-inventory without shame; and practical structure that doesn’t rely on motivation.

Phoenix Standard Time is my attempt to share that—bravely, imperfectly, and in real time. It’s personal writing and pragmatic tools for anyone who needs a different clock to heal and rebuild.
